Our moving container (cross country move 1200 miles) was delayed by 2 weeks and I spent hours on the phone trying to follow up because no one kept me informed. In that process I was told that the original person I spoke with when booking misinformed me that they offered 7 business day delivery when it was in fact 10. I only learned this AFTER they were already in possession of the container and had charged 50% of the cost. Absolutely horrible experience. Haven’t received my container. Have had to call multiple times to try and get my container to be dropped off and absolutely no one seems to know what’s going every time I call. Worst experience. Prepare to be on hold for over an hour to attempt to get ahold of someone.

(Michigan) 1st half of payment taken on 6/25. Container supposed to be delivered 6/27. Some type of excuse for a delay. They claim it would be delivered the next day. 6/28 .. Crickets! Called customer service all day until after 9pm EST and all they could say was they had no eta. At this point, 2 days gone and the move has to take place in 1 day. Cancelled the order and rented a Uhaul! No apologies no communication. Terrible service. Now let's see how long it takes to get my refund. 🤬🤬

Terrible service. Got charged for one month storage which I knew nothing about. Terrible customer service- they were outright rude and even lied. I had to chase them down to get my things. And still nothing. Transparency = 0
