Three years ago !Zippy lube damaged my door and didn’t tell me! Formerly quick change very good service now under new ownership and called zippy lube express Ran my driver side door into something and bent it up and didn’t tell me, noticed it after i got home. This guy has no integrity!

My husband went to have his oil changed and the ones working said they couldn’t drive a straight shift so my husband pulled it in the bay. Then they didn’t have 10W30 oil so he let them put 5W30 since that’s what he use to use before it got so many miles on it. Then the guy said he had to disconnect alternator in order to get oil filter out which no one has had a problem before. We have went to Jiffy lube for years but will not be going back anymore. Unless they get workers that know what they are doing.
