Just left that location eith a problem. They used the wrong filter May 2019 oil change AND they over-tightened the drain plug ... pulling all the threads out of the pan. The manager here refured me to his district manager saying "he did not believe me". I'll show him. Your customer, for the last time, Mitchell W. Hardie
I have seen going to Jiffy lube for the last 10 yrs. Always great service and the only place I can get 20/50 oil. They never try to upsell me or my wife. RAY is the best. I will keep coming back.
