My cousin called these people to replace the valve in her toilet. She was quoted a price and when the dude got there, they ended up calling her back and almost tripled the price I looked up the valve on Home Depot. It's less than $40. I watched a YouTube video and I could do this myself. I would never suggest using this company overpriced! I told my relative to report them to the better business bureau.

Do not use nor trust! Their technicians sign and forge your name to work in services that might or might not be performed. I was not present and the man wrote the word rental versus a signature. They claim to record one hundred percent of their phone calls.However, they have no date in timestamp in their technology whatsoever to back their claim. They will sue you in small claims. Zippy drain service was dispatched for a very slow basement drain,2 service personnel brought down my basement and ran a very large cable machine. As they started down my main drain stack,they went out 8 feet and got the cable caught up on my basement toilet piping. Then unable to back up and retrieve it,after pulling my main drain stack nearly down,one of the personnel went to there van and brought in bolt cutters cutting the cable off,you should have heard that,it was twisted and damaged my basement toilet piping.
