One of the best car dealerships I've dealt with in years. The entire process was smooth and transparent from start to finish. Joseph was incredibly helpful, consistently honest, and always available to assist whenever needed. I highly recommend this dealership—easily a 100/100 experience!
Joe was well spoken and respectful upon meeting him the first time and purchasing a vehicle, but barley 3 weeks after purchasing the car it began having mechanical problems, when I attempted to reach out to enquire if the problem was covered by the warranty he ignored text, emails and phone calls, which i found incredibly disappointing as when we first met he presented as an honest and decent guy
Picked up a great little car from Joe at Zippy cars for my daughter. Joe was very patient with her and answered all of her questions. It was her first car and first big purchase so she had plenty of questions! It was nice to deal with someone who wasn't trying to rip someone off or sell her something she didn't need.
