I want to share my fantastic experience with Zippy Auto Repair. I went outside to find out my 2016 Audi Q5 was leaking coolant. I’m a weekend warrior mechanic, so I inspected the engine and found the water pump leaking… ( not a small job). I call 3 shops and hear back from 2. Zippy’s estimate was reasonable, so I took my car there at 12pm to have it looked at. They physically showed me the issues and took my car in immediately!! Great customer service, fast communication, and good price
They really take care of their customers. They went above and beyond for me and were very authentic and genuine about the problem I was having with my car. They could have fixed my car and charged, but instead were honest and recommended I go to the dealership and get the part replaced because it was under recall. The dealership fixed it for no charge. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family and be back in the future.
