My 2010 BMW X3 was towed to Zippy Auto Repair on December 13, 2025, after the seal on the coolant expansion tank failed. I accepted AAA's recommendation as I was new to the area at the time. I authorized Zippy’s to repair the coolant issue and to diagnose and repair an existing oil leak. In addition to the authorized repairs, they took it upon themselves to replace filters and ball joints completely unrelated to the authorized work without my consent. I needed an inspection for my car and I didn't have an appointment, they were able to make time for me. They are a great group of guys and they are very accommodating. I will definitely go back with anything else I need.
Brought my car into Zippy around 12 p.m. They diagnosed my issue, which was a control arm. They gave me a good price, and my car was ready by 5 p.m. the same day on a Saturday. They looked very busy too and still got my car in and out. They fixed the problem at an affordable price.
