Daughter bought 10 PREMIUM car washes. Took paperwork in 3 x and was told I needed a bar code. Tried to explain to the guy this is all we got . He said I had all I needed but when I go in they say I dont have all paperwork. One guy says I have all I need but when I go in another guy says no . Total bullshit. Then I called in explained it 3x to the guy and he says u have to come in I said I have been there 3x and got turned away . Then he hangs up on me. REAL PROFESSIONAL MAN. NOT. WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK.
Great car wash! They have vacs, air, will wash mats (free!), and it's a very clean, awesome facility. Only complaint is that the equipment doesn't always get my F150 bed 100% washed. Not their fault, but wish this would work better...
Edit after 3 months of membership: I will be canceling and going back to washing my car at the self car wash. I've run my Tahoe through 6 times at least over the last 2 months and sitting inside you would never know based on the windshield. Not having someone spray the passenger side, insures that there is still bugs and grime on it even after multiple washes. And dont get me started on the wheel wells.
