Edit after 3 months of membership: I will be canceling and going back to washing my car at the self car wash. I've run my Tahoe through 6 times at least over the last 2 months and sitting inside you would never know based on the windshield. Not having someone spray the passenger side, insures that there is still bugs and grime on it even after multiple washes. And dont get me started on the wheel wells. One of the gentlemen does an excellent job pre-spraying your car (5 stars for him). I am always happy to see him when I pull in. One of the gentlemen barely dusts your car with water, especially the back. I wish they had two people spraying your car from opposite sides like they did in the beginning. I agree with some reviewers; I wish the rinse and dryer did a better job on the back of your car.
I always get the Premium wash. But my truck often comes out with areas not thoroughly clean. Especially on the running boards and rear bumper. Also, half of the time the wheel gloss isn't applied even though I pay the exorbinant price of $19 to get the treatment the wheels are bare and dry. Sometimes this place disappoints.
My car was thoroughly scrubbed and I took advantage of the free vacuums, cleaning solutions and microfiber cloths. Compared to other car washes in the area...Zippy is far superior and a great value.
