For some reason my car wouldn't go thru. I have no idea why and neither did the workers. So instead of trying to help me they made me back my car out. The workers are yelling at me, I can't see because there are suds all over my windows, and cars are honking at me. I didn't get a car wash and neither did I get a refund! The whole situation could have been handled much better. The older man was a real jerk. That is the last time I ever go there!
I just went through the car wash and was rear ended while in the carwash. The attendant guiding cars into the wash obviously wasn't paying attention and brought the next car in too soon. What really unnerved me was the lack of concern when I brought this to the attention of the Manager. He said "what do you want me to do about it" I was expecting an apology, I'll talk to the attendant and possibly a free car wash. Wish I could go lower than 1. Went there when they were busy pre wash guys spent about 5 seconds rinsing my vehicle and sent it though. lots of dirt left behind and drug own the side. clear coat was scratched top to bottom front to back. Loud arrogant manager offers me couple free junk washes tell and goes back to picking his nose. Have reached out several time to the owner with no response, real surprising.
If you own a crossover SUV don't expect the back of your car to be clean. I have a monthly pass and pay $35.99 a month and the back of my car is filthy when I exit. The guys who are on the right/back of the car pretty much don't spray the car at all. The guys in the left/front do a decent job of spraying the front of the car and try to get the bugs off. I was happy with their service and even had the monthly pass, however, today at the Zeeb location the the car in front if me jumped the track and I was sandwiched between two cars. Not much damage, but the manager was a jerk and Zippy's policy is that an accident in their wash is just like any other accident and the have no liability! Beware! Even if you can't see, are in neutral, and their equipment is controlling your vehicle, to Zippy's it doesn't matter!
