I called to ask questions about a Groupon they offered. The man on the phone was sarcastic and rude. I said, "you're not being nice" to which he continued to act like a jerk. I hung up. Terrible customer service and clearly they don't want my business.
Pricey, but Good Work I had a headunit, amplifier, subwoofers, and 3 sets of speakers installed by Zippos. All of the work was top notch, and everything looks and sounds great. They are a little expenvie, but very reliable workmanship.
