Ordered two coffees was told one of the coffees is not available I didn't want anything else requested my money back for that one coffee I'm assuming the woman didn't want to do her job because she refused to make the other coffee I ordered and refunded our card for both coffees when I asked for a receipt refuse to give me a receipt for the refund
Anna was great!
The Chatcha tea need it more flavor. You can't get your money back....even you have to pay $.50 cents for extra empty cup in order to refresh the super hot milk....I think the concept of kiosk in that place is good for the patients, the serve was fine, but, the price it wasn't good for that kind of tea....
