I live in Switzerland, and it's the second time i work with Zipper's. A great company who take care off their customers, patience and great parts Stage 2 kit for my first bike Stage 3 kit for my last bike
Never heard of this company, but had a bad experience! But end buying the same product from another company without the headache !
Called Steve in customer service about some coil wires. Was coming into town on July 4th to race the Barbara Fritchie Classic and was worried one of my damaged wires could fail. The owners came to the race and actually dropped me the coil wires in the pits. Way above and beyond customer service. As luck would have it in the dash for cash race my wire failed so without them I wouldn't have been able to race in the main event. Thanks again Zippers!!
It was time to convert my bike to chain drive. In the past, I have come to find my Slim S is a pain to source non-oem parts for. I gave zipper's a call on Tuesday, Spoke with Steve (I think that was his name). He was very thorough and answered all my questions. By 10am on Thursday morning of the same week, my parts were in my hand! I appreciate the help and professionalism! Look forward to doing business with you guys again in the future!
