I purchased the 124ci muscle kit. Viewing the “Kit” at Zippers internet site you see heads, cylinders, crank and a bunch of gaskets. Deceiving. Except for the gaskets, this is your equipment not a Zippers Kit. You send your heads, cylinders and crank from your motorcycle to Zipppers. They do some work on the heads, cylinders, crank and sell them to you for $7,500. The cylinders are supposed to be new, but there are no badges on the cylinders to indicate it is a 124 cubic-inch displacement. The Harley shop that worked on my m... read more

Kristen Crosby was my "customer service" rep. I asked a simple question about a part and which one I needed. Instead of answering the question, all I got was it's not that, try this, 2 different times. I did respond to the last email in kind. I am in customer service now, with over 30+ years of automotive experience as a tech and built many bikes.
