Called Steve in customer service about some coil wires. Was coming into town on July 4th to race the Barbara Fritchie Classic and was worried one of my damaged wires could fail. The owners came to the race and actually dropped me the coil wires in the pits. Way above and beyond customer service. As luck would have it in the dash for cash race my wire failed so without them I wouldn't have been able to race in the main event. Thanks again Zippers!!
It was time to convert my bike to chain drive. In the past, I have come to find my Slim S is a pain to source non-oem parts for. I gave zipper's a call on Tuesday, Spoke with Steve (I think that was his name). He was very thorough and answered all my questions. By 10am on Thursday morning of the same week, my parts were in my hand! I appreciate the help and professionalism! Look forward to doing business with you guys again in the future!
These guys really know how to make a Harley fly. They are very helpful in determining what big bore set up was best for my use. They recommended several shops to install, test, and tune the recommended “kit”. Im saving my money and it wont be long before I have my bike done.
I called and talked to Pete which actually works directly with my local bike shop in Southern Ohio Charlie's Thunder Cycles and decided to go with the 113 muscle kit with all the upgrades lol could not be more happier this kit definitely brought my CVO to life the quality of parts and the machine work done to the heads was perfect already looking at other kits for my next project
POOR customer service! Order 1 container of Red Line lube for my son who is in the Air Force & currently in Korea... due home (stateside) on the 19th. He asked me to make some purchases for him so they'd be here when he got home. I placed the order on 2/11 for 1 single item that cost a put $11, paid $23 for 2 day shipping to ensure it would be here.
