The installation of a ADA shower for my mom paid for by Blue Cross. Nothing was wrong with the drain before they worked on it. Not even a week later the drain is so slow you have to turn the water off and back on. Finally contacted the office manager who told my mom that that there was nothing they will do. Now the water will not drain at all and it is the only shower in our home. We will be contacting a lawyer.

We had a ramp installed for my elderly mother and the team from Zipp not only did an amazing job, but they were also very considerate and thoughtful throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend.
