The contractors themselves were wonderful, they did the work fast and efficiently. My main complaints are after my mom’s shower was renovated, they said any holes in the shower walls will void our warranty. How exactly are customers supposed to hang a shower rod without putting holes in the sides of the shower? The installation of a ADA shower for my mom paid for by Blue Cross. Nothing was wrong with the drain before they worked on it. Not even a week later the drain is so slow you have to turn the water off and back on. Finally contacted the office manager who told my mom that that there was nothing they will do. Now the water will not drain at all and it is the only shower in our home. We will be contacting a lawyer.
Owner will not call back. I left 4 messages and emailed request for contact.
