I would strongly caution others when dealing with Dan Bell and Jeff Bell. At the time of entering into the contract, they made multiple commitments regarding warranties and support. However, when one of our parts failed, they refused to assist us—even to the extent of declining to place an order on our behalf. This lack of support and accountability is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their reliability and business practices.
