Complaint: Mr.Zipko was extremely ineffective at communicating. There were whole stretches of weeks where I couldn't reach him through either phone or email and his voicemail was full. When we first met he stirred up a lot of fear in me about potentially going to jail if I didn't hire him, which is what led me to make that very expensive decision.
