This has been a nightmare! Do not purchase anything from this store. They sent me the wrong cushions. I was not in the States so I had asked my neighbor that I had given the wrong cushions to, to please contact ZIP cushions and please return the wrong order. I purchased my cushion 9/4. The wrong order sent to me was returned. I have asked where is my order and they haven’t located it. They said they would send me the shipping confirmation when they have located it. I ordered cushions for a new house in July. They never arrived. I contacted the company and tracked on FedEx - which says it was stuck at a facility. No one from company would give a refund, Order #43-24624-21 and I just kept getting automated emails. Edited 10/6: I was ultimately refunded- but got no traction until I left a bad review 🙄 apparently it was a FedEx issue. Frustrating process to run down a refund for a product I never received....

Great product and service. It was exactly the right size and what I envisioned for a foam insert fabric topper for a wooden furniture piece. Customer Service was great. Id use again and refer to others.

I purchased a cushion and back cushions for my grandmother's antique outdoor chaise, which is an odd size. The cushions are beautiful. I'll be ordering matching colors for my other patio chairs.
