Outstanding customer service with Cameron over the phone. Attentive, helpful and I am thoroughly satisfied. Cameron was patient, empathetic and understanding. Having that personal contact made all the difference in completing my order. Will be a recurring customer.
Short story: The cushions took much longer to receive than advertised. Two weeks of customer service calls and emails did not produce results until a senior manager got involved. I received the cushions a little over a week after he got involved. The cushions are as expected and look great, but getting them was initially a challenge.
I was hoping for a window seat cushion to replace mats I was using. Measured 3 times, crossed my fingers and ordered. I love the seat cushion! Perfect fit!
