I don't know what this is, but my bank account was about cleaned out and all of it was going to this "service". When I called to dispute the transactions at the only number listed, I was told I had the wrong number and was hung up on. This seems like a fraudulent business and I'll be digging for more info on this and how to report Zipcar.

I had a wedding to attend so I reserved a car three months out. On the day of my card wouldn't unlock the car so I called costumer services and they told me that they had been aware that the car had had a dead battery for some time now. At no point in the three months did they try to contact me, fix the car, or change my reservation. So I was stuck in a dark parking lot alone at 5 am (as a 19 year old girl). They make it impossible to cancel your account - you can't do it online, you have to call and wait and wait and wait and wait. Awful

Terrible customer service. Upon using my car I was told that I would get 185 miles free well I guess that wasn't the case because I was charged for 89 miles at 46.06 plus taxes. So when I called to inform them of their error I was told I would be granted a refund. Later that day I received a email that stated "As a courtesy, we have refunded the miles charged on your pay per mile, an amount of ($40.05) plus tax.
