Tried their service for the first time and what a great positive experience. I rented Mazda CX3, good little car. Interior was clean but exterior needed a wash. Zipcars website is easy to use and love their lock and unlock car function as well as reporting conditions of the car prior to you driving it away. So you don't get stuck with bill for damages.
