They have the worst customer service.. some of them offer great service and some of them are beyond terrible and shouldn't be employed. They follow policy but don't know it correctly. They over charged me, didn't reimburse me, caused me to lose my job because I needed a car for work and they couldn't provide the service they said they initially would so they lie, don't offer any good service, will rip you off if you don't know how to talk to them, they suspended my account, didn't reimburse me and now expect me to pay 300 af... read more

Good for small errands from time to time but not ideal if you need a car more than 3-4 hrs (cheapest car was $70/4.5 hrs ), I have recently rented a car for 24 hrs for the same price. The cars are not always clean, one of the cars rented had white dog hair all over the backseats, it was so dirty that we weren't able to use the backseat at all or expect anyone to sit there.
