Mid rental I was unable to unlock my car, after speaking with support they said I have to wait for road side assistance. I called back an hour + half later and they said they never received a call from the service provider and I could go home. Which is what I had suggested before my night was ruined.
129 spadina ave Zipcar. I am writing a review on behalf of my friend Kayla Mcneil, who your employees left her stranded 1:30 AM DOWNTOWN on HALLOWEEN night. She just picked up her Hyundai Elantra when suddenly she heard a a noise and pulled over to see what was wrong. When she contacted Zipcar they came and took the keys from her, locked the doors and told her to call a taxi. They left her by herself on Adelaide and Sherbourne 1:30am downtown Toronto. Price went up
The Volkswagen was a comfortable drive. Just a tip for others, After 9, you have to go up to the Motel and use their elevator to go to the parking garage. Also, the white card attached to the key is the parking pass and you have to tap it at the exit. Also, you have to hold the key up to the little key slot when you want to start. Took me a bit to figure this out!
