This lot has a zip car that has been blaring a car alarm on and off constantly for almost 24 hours now. The apartment buildings in the area are harassed by constant noise and zip car refuses to do anything about it or push the city to come solve the issue. The entire area thinks this situation shows a serious level of negligence and lack of care from zip car, and we will all be spreading the word never to use their services. Absolutely ridiculous company based on their ability to leave a car with its alarm blaring on and off for 2 days straight in downtown Toronto. Residents from the area call in and they just repeat the same line "we're working on it". Black Nissan CFPQ417.

Car alarm from one of their vehicles has been going off for over 36 hours. Zipcar customer service has been giving the residents of the neighborhood the run around. Finally last night customer service admit that since this is not an emergency, they do not have anyone to deal with this issue until Monday. We will be canceling our Zipcar membership.
