The app said our car has been returned because someone used it before our time slot. We went EVERY parking lots to look for the car, and it was nowhere to be seen. We called the company to request another car for the car loss and the company said they can't give us another car. They said they can cover the Uber up to 75 dollars but we borrowed the car so we can go to MULTIPLE places and it's definitely going over 75 dollars.
