CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP - Zipcar cancelled my booking for a moving van with almost zero notice. Offered only a refund, no credit for future trips. It wasn't until I complained and escalated that they gave a half hour credit. I called back to talk to a supervisor and they offered an extra 1.5 hours ("the maximum"). Why wasn't I offered this immediately as I was standing in an empty lot at 7:30 AM in -30C weather and left in a lurch, scrambling to find a replacement rental on a Friday of the last day of the month ??
