Zipcar has become a terrible company. They tried to charge me $566 for a late return fee on top on of the $300 they charged me for extending the trip. I should have maxed out for the day but instead they closed my account and proceeded to take almost $600. I submitted a claim to my bank to dispute the charge and received the money back because the fee was unfounded. If you're still going to use Zipcar please exercise caution because this could be you.
