Zipcar needs to find a way to check on their cars from time to time. The app and the service are amazing and the cars are in good conditions except that they are all missing the jack and the other tools for flat tire. My theory is that the clients are stealing and Zipcar is not aware because they take actions based on the client's reports. I tried to book 3 times and all of cars were missing the tools. It is a shame :(
