This is my 4th time renting from them. Unfortunately, today I had 1 issue with the car where it couldn't detect the key. I called customer service where I spoke to a wonderful lady. She went above n beyond for me and my daughter. I highly recommend Zipcar. Their customer service is phenomenal. I'll rent from them again.
