CROOKS. Canceled the service twice. 1st time shortly after using the car was leaving Canada so cxded it. Short time after they charged my card again. 2nd cxled. I left country so never used that card for while then got new number upon return... they charged me for 2017 - 2020. Contracted them and nothing they would do. That make it easy to join but keep charging your card and never stop even though u cancel. CROOKS
