Great deal! The cars are nice, clean and easy to use! It helps me save a lot of money and easier than owning my own car!
Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Do not book with zipcar. They changed our reservation to another city and only gave us 60 second to change it or they are charging us cancellation fees. Ruined our entire weekend.
