My review is for the company, not this outlet. I have been renting cars from Zipcar for many years. Since coronavirus, the quality of the cars has deteriorated significantly. The last time I rented, the car had numerous warnings from the dashboard and should have been sent to repair a long time ago. I had to go so I took the car. Other cars I have rented recently have had mechanical problems and been dirty.
