Last car reservation experience was terrible. The car that I was driving had multiple issues that I could not have predicted during my initial car check. The car all of sudden would not let me put it into drive so I was stuck sitting for about 45 minutes until I finally got off hold with a rep and the car randomly decided to start back working. Prices are to high for milage
Zip car is a great way for me to take care of a few important things while my own car out of order. Lol. Occasionally, you a get filthy car (looked like one had been used by the same person and treated like a personal vehicle) Otherwise, I rarely have issues with pick up, use, or drop off.
