Zipcar could not possibly create a more third world, awful customer service experience. I joined just today. It took hours of my time to accomplish this enormously simple task. When I finally booked the car and showed up, I found the outside and the inside of the car to be absolutely filthy. The inside of the car looked like a crime scene with stains and food spots and dirt everywhere. It was horrible.
