Zip car is a joke they ran my application and deny me. I asked Why was I denied? And they cannot give me a reason. They also told me that they could not tell me the reason because it was sensitive to them, which makes no sense. So I disputed the charges and got a refund. It took a while but I did get a refund back. I should have read the reviews before applying.They are scamming participants.They have no reason to deny my application.I am uber driver UPs driver and my driver record is clean.
They are very unprofessional and will lie to you. Not just one cus care rep but by multiple rep..There website is not true about the car in minutes. Plus the 25.00 you pay will not be refunded to you even if you only had there services for less then 3 hours. Beware don't pay for anything unless your not in a hurry. he

What a fantastic service! Cheaper than owning a car. All the cars are very nice and well kept up with .
