Pretty sure this doesn't actually exist, at least as a car rental place, even though my Google search told me it was.
This is the worst company I have ever seen, extremely unprofessional. I got locked out of my car and was stranded in the middle of Nebraska. I had to walk an hour and a half back home and they didn’t even give me my money back. Whatever you do, do not purchase a zipcar. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
They never have enough vehicles for use considering they are strategically placed in a collage town. I remember around 2016 there were at least 4- 5 cars but as of today, August 2019, only one is ever available. I think they need to re-evaluate their business model if they intend to draw more customers. Ride share services like Uber and Lyft are doing pretty well, I don’t see why they can’t have enough cars.
