I have been using Zip Zap Navigators consistently for the last few months, and I am extremely happy with the service they provide. I work for an assisted living facility with seniors, and we use Zip Zap on a regular basis for our field trips. The drivers are always on time, courteous, and professional. I used ZipZap services for the first time for an apple picking trip with my sorority sisters. Alana was pleasant and professional to talk to over the phone answering all my questions. The driver was also professional and accommodating. The van was clean and comfortable. We booked a van for 15 people and the only thing I would say is it fit 10 adults comfortably anymore than that it may be uncomfortable so just be mindful of that. I would use her services again and recommend it to others.
I called ZipZap for a last minute trip for my Daughter to Great Adventures with my family. They arrived early with a clean Van! The driver was kind and professional. Kept in touch while we were in the park and brought us back home safely. Excellent driving as well. I’ll be using again.
