Cracked my windshield going through carwash and they deny the claim even tho i told them to check the cameras and wont even look into it
Vacuum doesn't work very well. Car wash was good though.
If you bring any issues about your car being damaged in this car wash to their attention, they will send you in circles with no solution. On more than one occasion I was told to bring my car back to let a manager see the exact same thing they had me send pictures of. Every single time they would schedule a date and time to meet with management, they would never show up and would act like they had no idea what you were talking about .
