Edit to owner response: it’s a shame you could not accept a kind and honest review. The vacuum area has one entry, only the width of a narrow one car to use it at the same time, which also must be used as the exit. The space behind vehicles is not enough room to pull out and turn towards the entrance/exit. If someone is coming in or trying to go out, it is a traffic jam in the small area where cars are trying to get into the wash and the vacuum area, in the same basic space, with gas pumps in the middle, also trying to use t... read more

This place is awesome. They ask existing customers to leave because new customers are waiting. Edit: their reply made it sound like existing customers didn’t have to wait. Come on. We all waited our time. Nobody was staying there to have fun. How funny, they just try to squeeze as many people as possible to maximize profit, and pretend they care about customer experience.

Unfortunately, the vacuum area is not usable for large vehicles, like my minivan. Otherwise, I have been happy with the service. So, I would give 5 stars for value—if you have a small car and are confident maneuvering in tight spaces for vacuuming. I think the unlimited car wash plans are a great value. But for me, I would have to go somewhere else to vacuum and pay for that separately, so didn’t work out for me. The wash, though, was fine for my needs. Not a detail job, but good enough to make my dark colored van look good ... read more
