I am writing regarding my dissatisfaction of the customer service I received from Zip Thru Car Wash in Brentwood. Following a visit to have my car washed after work, my membership was terminated without explanation. I was merely informed that "we can refuse service to anyone!" Subsequent contact with the Corporate office yielded an even more disappointing experience, as they were unable to provide a verbal response.
