I have a paid membership at this Wolf Road car wash. The old employee at the car wash is very rude and arrogant. He frequently complains and speaks disrespectfully and harassment to customers. I also noticed several scratches on my car after using the car wash. I would never recommend this place for car wash
I have a monthly car wash membership with Zip Thru. If it’s your first time here, I highly recommend looking up how to use this place beforehand. The staff is not friendly at all, and the car wash doesn't even clean that well. Honestly, I’d much rather go to the Santa Clara Zip Thru location—it leaves my car way cleaner.
