Extremely misleading “unlimited” membership. Their own website says wash club members can wash their car “as often as they like,” but then they block or penalize people for using the membership too often. That is not unlimited. If you want a business that honors the plain meaning of its own advertising, avoid this place. The problem is not just the wash quality — it’s the dishonest rules and how they treat paying members after taking recurring subscription money.
Low staffed and not maintenance well. The owner is not very knowledgeable about what the service covers. Only thing is good are the workers but management is poor and needs better attention to detail.
Paid for most expensive wash. During wash the only thing falling on vehicle is water. Vehicle didn't look like any soap or wax had been applied. Vacums on one side only. The owners of this car wash must be the cheapest people in the world.
