Subpar service sold to me at top dollar. Moving is so stressful and Zip is the root of my stress. Zip moved my furniture and some of my clothes and kitchen items for $1100. While the movers moved my bed I think they moved a box carrying all my outerwear out of the way. I noticed after I came back to my original location that SEVERAL boxes were not moved and when I reached out radio silence. Update: After posting this review, a representative from Zip Movers were quick to reach out. They presented us with an amended offer for damages that moved closer to taking away the sting of our experience with these movers. After everything has been said and done, what has seemed most notable to me was the vast difference in getting the help we needed - before and after posting a review. Excellent experience! Mario and Miguel made my move quick and easy and took great care of my furniture. Will only be using Zip in future moves
