Worst company ever!!!!! I hired this management company to help us help. Our tenants have a better experience. After two months of them managing our property I just spoke with the tenant in our home and she has had the worst service from this management company. We have experience the same thing. I just found out that they charged our tenant a $250 cleaning fee prior to moving in. However, I paid for the cleaning fee through my cleaning company, and the management company did not do this. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Sarcasm! NOT-HELPFUL! My husband jimmy & I hired this management company to lease out our Canyon Lake home. They took ,months to get the job done. We had to lower our home down by $500 plus dollars. They take a huge percentage of the first month and then 10% after that. I do not write many reviews, but I wanted to for the Zip team because of how great my experience has been. I invested with Zip about a year ago, but before I made that decision I was wanting to get an Airbnb for quite a while, but never knew where or how to get started and tbh a little nervous.
