I pride myself in being a reasonable tenant who cares for my rental spaces as if I own it. I’ve rented multiple times in multiples states and never had an experience the the one I am having with Zip Management Group. Moved out about a month ago after leaving the unit in excellent condition (documented with photos and video) and paying for the entire home to be professionally deep cleaned. We worked with Jacob for our AirBnB rental and had a TERRIBLE experience. His rental was unkept, including mold in the pool, and per past reviews, we were not the first to complain about the lack of cleanliness and malfunctions. Worst company ever!!!!! I hired this management company to help us help. Our tenants have a better experience. After two months of them managing our property I just spoke with the tenant in our home and she has had the worst service from this management company. We have experience the same thing. I just found out that they charged our tenant a $250 cleaning fee prior to moving in. However, I paid for the cleaning fee through my cleaning company, and the management company did not do this.
