Called them to replace my mailbox lock after I had lost my keys. My request was forwarded to a subcontractor, who quoted me 60-80 dollars for lock replacement and a 29 dollar service fee. Upon arrival he quoted 80 dollars for installing the lock (and installed a plain old 6 dollar mail box lock) and made up some BS story about installing a secure lock. *SCAMMING CON-ARTISTS* DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. I am warning you that you WILL BE SCAMMED! These are legit thieves! My husband was quoted $29 tech fee and about $60 for unlocking our car door. He agreed and told them where our car was parked.
