Absolutely a disgrace. Can’t even call you back when they forget you booking twice! Let alone fix the problems. But hey they’ll still flog you a gold package. $1400 later in parts ! Try another brand.

Horrid service. Took weeks to get back to me regardless of paying $6000 for a bloody tap… got my own plumber to install as got sick of waiting

I don’t think it would be possible for the service department and the associated admin team to be more incompetent. The concept of following clear written instructions to contact the occupant of a property to service one of their high maintenance taps is totally foreign to them. Do yourself a favour and buy 10 years worth of San Pellegrino, a really good kettle and a fridge with a filtered water tap to save yourself a whole lot of money and a whole lot of pain.
