Now trying to book and their online booking system doesn't work, they don't answer their phone...ever, and I've even messaged via their Facebook page. Absolutely no response. Terrible customer service.
I called them today more then 5 times because I live in Chicago and I have more then 1 hour drive to this small town! I just wanted to check if they are open and I wanted to make reservation for me and my family! Finally after spending the whole morning calling this lady answered at exactly 11:48am and I was like “hi are you guys open and can I please make reservation?” She responded “No that’s why no one answered the phone” and she literally hung up!
