Jim is an exceptional HVAC technician. He managed to get my nearly 30-year-old AC system running like new. Unfortunately, two months later, one of the pipes burst and the system needed to be replaced. This was not Jim’s fault at all. The reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is that he was supposed to provide me with a quote for a new installation but never got back to me. I followed up with a call, but still didn’t hear back. Jim was absolutely amazing! He came in a matter of hours when we were having issues with our boiler system! Turned out it was filled with dryer lint and soot! He's efficient and kind when he works! He came a second time to help with the tank and valve and even taught us (new homeowners) about what kind of system we actually have and what each component does for the boiler! We will definitely be calling him for all of our needs and maintenance again! Thanks Jim!

Our system needed some fine tuning after 16 years of great operation. Jim came out and found the issues, after testing the system. Great job, Jim! We are cool and comfortable again!
