waiter lost balance of his tray spilled a coke on top of my 2yr old grandson head soaking him realize it was an accident, we didn't cause a scene but couldn't believe management didn't offer some kind of discount, they thanked us for being understanding of the situation. I did the right thing by giving the waiter, because he did fine other than the spill, but management dropped the ball.
