I have taken two cars with the 700r trans and had a 5sp trans rebuild.... My trans am trans was rebuilt 3 times I said 3.. the had to sell it because is was in Zion trans obviously for awhile and never fixed correctly. My Corvette was also rebuilt and was never fixed correctly so I made a trailer out of it... The ford 5spd was a success... But lost two cars because of constant failure.... We have called this place all week to get an update on our car, with a appointment on Monday to go into the shop all I want is some one to answer the phone.
Jim is very helpful and friendly, he is very knowledgeable.
Has had our vehicle for four months now. Never once had called us to update on anything. We always have to call him. Some weeks we have to call so many times just to get an answer. Different reason each time that it isn't ready. Finally last week said it should be ready that week and then since then we can't get him to answer the phone at his shop. Honestly the most frustrating experience I've ever had with car work. I know he has great reviews, which is why we chose him, but this has been beyond terrible. Doesn't even care ... read more
