Positives: Nice folks I was able to get a prompt appointment Clean facility When my last dog died, they (the 86th street location) mailed me a letter that was hand signed by the staff and a rose, which was very thoughtful. Issues: They diagnosed my lab with a grade 4 tooth root abscess and quoted me roughly $1600 for extraction (including exam and antibiotics) after merely glancing at it (he didn't go in the back, no x-rays, etc).
