Very friendly and professional with excellent customer service
One hearing aid failed over weekend. Stopped by office hoping to just drop it off for repair. Instead hearing aid was taken for repair immediately and 10 minutes later I was on my way with it operational. Amazing.
I found Zionsville Family Audiology to have a very friendly and helpful front desk. I found Dr. Gretchen Hoagland to be thorough, patient, friendly, informative and willing to go beyond the expected in her service to her patients.
