I am incredibly upset and flustered. I scheduled a new patient appt. and my mother who I do not have a relationship with was called and left a voicemail with details including the address and time of my appointment. I have spent all day incredibly upset at this. Someone that I am no contact with screenshotted the voicemail with all of the details and sent it to me. This is incredibly unsettling and upsetting. Every associate there is very friendly and efficient during my appointments.
Even though I did not get to see my regular doctors, I got to see a different doctor, which was a male and he was absolutely wonderful. He sat down. He listened to me. He did a thorough test that needed to be done. As always, the nurses and the staff are absolutely wonderful. I was hesitant to see a different doctor, but plunged into it and what a wonderful experience I had. Thank you all for caring about your patience.
