Best auto repair shop I have ever used. They are always fair in pricing (they don't hike prices to make a huge profit like other places), provide great communication regarding cost estimate before they do anything, and have a quick turn around. You sometimes have to wait a few days to get in, but that just shows me that they are busy because of how good they are. I've referred two co-workers to them and they have had excellent experiences as well. I don't take my vehicle anywhere else for service!

I just read the last review, dated from 2009, and I know there has to be more to the story then what that person has posted. I have had excellent service and customer service from the owner at Zionsville Auto, and have had them work on our cars for over 20 years and always have been extremely pleased with their quality of workmanship and the owners knowledge. I can't see the police coming to the situation unless, the consumer got out of hand, not the owner.

They have done a number of repairs for me. Always fair, and reasonable with great work. Not the most timely. They are a very good shop and worth the wait. Feel very comfortable sending my wife or mother in law. Won't take advantage of an unknowing customer or do work that is not needed.

Had a brake job ( 4 wheels- disc and pads) done and it was very inexpensive and expertly done. No problems since installation. He was courteous and helpful over the phone. We have been back and continue to get courtesy and correct service. I have a 2003 Honda Pilot.
