I love that Zion's Security is a very customer friendly company. I can get help and answers when I need assistance.
Zions is so professional, and complete problem solvers. They got me the more aesthetic smokes without laughing at me. (Patrick did this), and had Kyle (he is great) come install within a week. Letty walked me through an online problem I was having. Plus I am paying less than ADT. Better service, better experience. Go with the best.
They were very friendly and I like the fact that their products are cheaper than if you go through ADT
Zions response to my initial inquiry was immediate, on a Saturday no less. They took over a system that was monitored by another company that folded, and dealt with all the headaches that are involved in that process. The installer on site was excellent. Kyle was knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. He got through the task quickly, in spite of challenges of the original installation. Highly recommended.
Zion’s Security alarms is great! We’ve had our system for 4 + years. Just added a few more censors & updated the app. Thanks ZSA!
