Zions response to my initial inquiry was immediate, on a Saturday no less. They took over a system that was monitored by another company that folded, and dealt with all the headaches that are involved in that process. The installer on site was excellent. Kyle was knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. He got through the task quickly, in spite of challenges of the original installation. Highly recommended.

Being real. If you want over priced equipment and zero tech support when needing a replacement camera or window/ door sensor. Call ADT. If you want your indoor monitor to constantly have your faulty said window/ door sensors bypassed every time you place or remove alarms. Call ADT.
